What type of Insurance does Eclipse Wellness & Performance accept?
Eclipse Wellness and Performance accepts Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, People's Health, Medicare and all other insurances except Medicaid.
How do I refer a patient?
It's simple! Fill out the referral form (download below) and submit via email at eclipsept@cox.net and we will handle the rest!
